John is the training coordinator at FFD. John graduated from University of Nairobi with a BSC in General Agriculture and has over 36 years’ experience in both public and private sector and a wide-ranging experience working with Government, Parastatals, private firms, International and local
NGO’s and farmer groups. He has seen positive results while helping fight poverty in the rural areas through transformation of primary farmer groups into legal business organizations that are profitable and sustainable.

He has been involved in livelihood improved projects across the country as a trainer and team leader. He has passion for agriculture and approaches them from the beneficiaries’ viewpoints. He is equally also active in Christian ministry both in the
local church and beyond. He loves working with both the young and the old particularly in knowledge and technology transfer’
