Mr. Joseph M Ndegwa is the Director and the senior Training and Development consultant at Future Focus Development (FFD). He is a livestock expert. He has more than 3 decades of practical field experience in Agriculture and Rural Development in both public and private sector.

Mr. Ndegwa has served in different capacities implementing donor funded projects. He has coordinated implementation of sustainable development projects at grass root level. These have improved food security, incomes and livelihoods of marginalized and vulnerable groups. He has worked in both high altitudes, Arid and Semi-Arid lands (ASALs) in partnership with National and County Governments.

He is a graduate of the University of South Africa, specializing in Development studies, Diploma in Animal Science {Egerton University}, Diploma in Community based development (St Francis Xavier’s’ University, Canada) and Certificate in Agriculture (State of Israel). He has been a lead consultant in many assignments.

Ndegwa is active in Christian Work in the local Church and has a passion in Ministering and Mentoring high school students with Kenya Students Christian Fellowship [KSCF}since his student days.
